2020 Virtual Summer Was a blast!

In an effort to continue athlete growth ESWP has created an extensive virtual program. Broken into two sessions, athletes created and established goals, participated in scheduled strength and mobility workouts, and reviewed and dissect film in a virtual classroom setting four times a week.

Additionally, we had several guest speakers; a huge thank you to Coach Adam Krikorian, Maggie Steffens, Tony Azevedo, Maddie Musselman, and Melissa Seidemann.
